Overview

Careers at Pulsie is a full-stack recruitment site built to give a growing studio a proper home for hiring. It presents the company culture and open roles, then carries candidates from discovery through to a submitted application without leaving the site.

How it's built

The site is built on the Next.js App Router with React Server Components doing the heavy lifting. Data is read on the server through small helpers that map database rows to typed domain objects, and mutations run through Server Actions rather than separate API routes. That keeps the public pages fast and the write paths consistent.
